Head of Finance

About the role

Flow is seeking a Head of Finance to join its MENA Leadership Team. The role will shape financial strategy, ensure operational rigor, and build scalable finance infrastructure to support regional growth across condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences, and office spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives and regional growth plans.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, long‑range planning, and deliver timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for leadership, investors, and stakeholders.
• Drive capital allocation, operational efficiency, and scenario analysis using financial modeling and macroeconomic insights.
• Support fundraising initiatives, banking relationships, and strategic financing activities.
• Maintain strong financial governance, controls, and compliance with IFRS, SOCPA/ZATCA, tax and regulatory standards.
• Manage relationships with auditors, regulators, tax advisors, and investors.
• Oversee corporate accounting for KSA entities, ensuring a five‑day or faster month‑end close.
• Maintain a 13‑week rolling cash‑flow forecast, optimize working capital, and manage banking operations.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing finance team with clear accountability and scalable processes.

Required profile

• Senior finance leader capable of serving on a regional leadership team.
• Proven experience in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting within a multi‑entity environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage compliance with IFRS, local tax regulations, and audit processes.
• Track record of building and leading high‑performing finance teams.
