Head of Marketing & Growth

About the role

We are seeking an exceptionally capable, creative, and execution‑driven Head of Marketing & Growth to own the entire marketing function. This is a hands‑on role that requires building strategy, creating content, launching experiments, and driving measurable growth without relying solely on agencies or external teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy, from market research to campaign rollout.
• Develop clear positioning, messaging, and brand direction across all services.
• Create and coordinate short‑form video, photography, graphics, copy, landing pages, and other assets.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns, monitor acquisition cost, conversion rates, ROAS, and customer lifetime value.
• Continuously test audiences, offers, creatives, and channels; scale successful initiatives and pause under‑performing ones.
• Build repeatable content systems and adapt creative assets for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Lay the groundwork for a full marketing team and potentially a separate marketing subsidiary as the function matures.

Required profile

• Proven track record of leading end‑to‑end marketing initiatives and delivering growth.
• Ability to act as a one‑person marketing engine: market analysis, idea generation, execution, and performance measurement.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to build a function from scratch.
• Creative thinker who balances brand building with performance results.
