Head of Marketing

About the role

Eltizam Digital Marketing is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to drive its digital growth strategy across Saudi Arabia. You will lead a specialized team, turn data into revenue, and act as a strategic partner to high‑profile B2B and B2G clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute full‑funnel marketing strategies for the company and its B2B/B2G clients.
• Lead, mentor and develop the digital marketing team covering SEO, SEM, paid social and content.
• Own marketing budgets, ensuring targets for ROAS, CPL and overall ROI are met.
• Build and scale lead‑generation engines while optimizing conversion rates across the funnel.
• Translate data from GA4, Search Console, Meta & LinkedIn Ads Manager, and CRM into actionable growth decisions.
• Oversee technical SEO, content strategy and digital authority building.
• Manage strategic client relationships and deliver executive‑level reporting.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and AI applications, operationalising them for the business.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Digital Media (Master’s a plus).
• Proven track record managing annual budgets of 1 M+ SAR.
• Experience leading teams of 5+ marketers.
• Full professional fluency in Arabic and English.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi market and Vision 2030 landscape.
