Head of Projects – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Projects to lead the planning, governance and execution of strategic initiatives across our Food & Beverage division in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, you will oversee new store roll‑outs, remodels, relocations, digital innovations and operational transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage project portfolios covering store openings, refurbishments, product launches and digital platform developments.
• Apply RACI and RASCI frameworks to ensure clear accountability and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including contractors, suppliers, property, leasing and development to meet timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Monitor project performance, mitigate risks and report progress to the Managing Director – Food.
• Drive commercial outcomes by balancing cost, schedule and safety considerations.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in retail, hospitality, QSR or construction.
• At least 3 years leading large‑scale, multi‑site project portfolios.
• Proven record of delivering store roll‑outs, remodels and transformation programmes.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• High emotional intelligence, resilience and ownership mindset.
