Head of Supply Chain Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, commercially‑minded Head of Supply Chain to lead the transformation of our end‑to‑end supply chain function. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive operational excellence, cost optimisation and governance across procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics and distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full supply chain function, covering procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics and distribution.
• Develop and execute strategies that align with business objectives and profitability targets.
• Identify and eliminate cost inefficiencies in procurement, inventory, transportation and operations.
• Establish strong governance, KPIs, policies and operational controls to improve execution discipline.
• Manage supplier relationships and enhance sourcing strategies for maximum value.
• Optimise logistics, planning and inventory processes to boost service levels and working‑capital performance.
• Build, mentor and develop a high‑performing supply chain team and culture.
• Partner closely with business leaders to support operational and commercial goals.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end supply chain operations in cement, building materials, heavy manufacturing, mining or similar industrial sectors.
• Strong expertise across procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing and supplier management.
• Demonstrated success driving transformation, cost optimisation and operational improvement initiatives.
• Leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Commercially astute with a solid understanding of both buy‑side and sell‑side supply chain operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
