Head Teacher – Mathematics & Physics (American Curriculum)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head Teacher to design and lead the Mathematics & Physics programmes for a new American high‑school offering in Saudi Arabia. This senior position will shape curriculum, train teachers, and deliver one online course section while operating within a hybrid learning model.

Key responsibilities

• Design Grade 9‑10 Mathematics & Physics curricula, including units, lesson plans, assessments and homework for Noon’s hybrid platform.
• Lead, train and support other Mathematics & Physics teachers in delivering the curriculum.
• Teach one online Mathematics section beginning in August, aligning with learning outcomes.
• Continuously adapt and improve lessons and materials.
• Utilise EdTech and digital tools to enhance engagement, differentiation and participation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine curriculum, delivery methods and learning journeys.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience designing American high‑school Mathematics & Physics curriculum aligned to CCSS and NGSS.
• Experience teaching students for whom English is a second language.
• Recognised teaching qualification (BA/MA in subject area, TESOL, CELTA, etc.).
• Native English speaker from an English‑speaking country.
• Reliable internet connection and professional video setup.

Required skills

• Proficiency with EdTech tools.
• Familiarity with AI or emerging educational technology resources.
