About the role
Noon Academy is looking for a seasoned educator to lead the National Curriculum track for Math and Physics. As the Learning Experience Manager, you will shape the curriculum that reaches thousands of students daily while staying actively involved in classroom delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Define curriculum priorities, topic weighting, and term planning in collaboration with the design team.
- Review finalized lessons in the system to ensure alignment with educational goals.
- Coach hybrid‑classroom teachers on content delivery, student engagement, and effective use of technology.
- Observe teaching sessions, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
- Teach selected sessions to stay connected with student experience and validate curriculum effectiveness.
Required profile
- Minimum ten years of classroom teaching experience in Math and/or Physics.
- Proven experience mentoring or coaching other teachers.
- Strong judgment about curriculum design and student learning outcomes.
- Comfortable delivering lessons in a hybrid environment.
