Head Therapist – Luxury Spa

About the role

As the Head Therapist at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA, you will lead the spa therapy team in delivering world‑class wellness experiences to guests and residents. You will ensure the highest standards of treatment quality, consistency, and staff development while supporting the smooth operation of the luxury spa.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor spa therapists, providing training, guidance and performance feedback.
• Perform premium spa treatments in line with Four Seasons luxury standards.
• Manage scheduling, treatment allocation and guest preferences to optimise service flow.
• Maintain treatment rooms, ensure cleanliness and monitor stock levels of products and supplies.
• Address guest concerns and feedback professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
• Assist the Spa Manager in upholding safety, hygiene and operational standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a therapist in a luxury spa or resort setting.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a spa environment.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
