About the role

The Health Coordination Manager at Bupa Connected Care ensures high‑quality, patient‑centered services across onsite cases. This role bridges patients, hospital staff, and internal business units while maintaining compliance, handling complaints, and promoting a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with patients, hospital staff, and Bupa business units to follow CARE CONNECT procedures.
• Process medical requests such as admissions, medication dispensing, lab, radiology, information retrieval, and referrals.
• Coordinate administrative tasks for admissions, discharges, transfers, and release of information.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hospital networks, products, and services to provide accurate information.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to prevent negative impacts on patient experience.
• Support maternity, pediatric, and special‑needs medical cases.
• Promote teamwork, positive spirit, and achieve departmental goals.
• Ensure provider compliance with agreed service standards and technical service utilization.
• Manage complaints, lead recovery plans, and document escalations for preventive action.
• Build strong relationships with providers, insurance directors, and CARE CONNECT teams.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and professional office and personal appearance.

Required profile
