Health Educator

About the role

The Health Educator will support the supervision of a team and manage patient access programs across Saudi Arabia. The role involves both field and office activities, representing Axios in meetings with patients, doctors, and healthcare partners, and ensuring that access strategies maximize patient medical benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the team and manage access programs by liaising with hospitals, distributors, pharmacies, and patients.
• Evaluate patient eligibility for projects and verify classifications in collaboration with Axios staff.
• Enroll eligible patients promptly, adhering to project workflows and timelines.
• Conduct home and field visits as needed to support patient assessments and classification.
• Prepare and submit monthly monitoring and quality‑assurance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and update electronic program files, including patient and quality‑assurance data.
• Support daily operation of the Axios Patient Management System (PMS) and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Complete required pharmacovigilance, medical, and product training and report adverse events or product complaints.
