Health Representative – RD (Jeddah)

About the role

The Health Representative will promote Pfizer’s cardiovascular portfolio and enhance the experience of healthcare professionals (HCPs) in the assigned territory. You will deliver science‑based brand messages, onboard customers to digital platforms and ensure a compliant, seamless interaction with Pfizer subject‑matter experts.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate promotional, science‑based brand messages that support HCPs in meeting patient needs.
• Provide a broad range of content, including disease‑state information.
• Act as the primary point of contact for compliant, reactive connections to Pfizer SMEs and resources.
• Onboard customers to the operating model and digital platforms such as the Digital Engagement Portal.
• Curate an ideal customer experience by selecting relevant content based on customer preferences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• 1‑3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in a multinational organization.
• Strong business knowledge, customer acumen and proven sales achievement.
• Effective selling and presentation skills in both virtual and face‑to‑face settings.
• Good command of English (spoken and written) and understanding of compliance and integrity principles.
• Knowledge of the cardiovascular therapeutic area, related products and competitors.
