Health & Safety (HSE) Analyst

About the role

Eram Talent, a talent acquisition consultancy, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Health & Safety (HSE) Analyst to work on site in Dammam. The role involves analysing health and safety data, carrying out risk assessments and giving insights and recommendations that improve the organisation's safety performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and interpret data to improve workplace safety, environmental performance and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, prepare compliance reports, develop and deliver training and collaborate with teams to implement safety initiatives and reduce hazards.
• Support the planning, implementation and monitoring of environmental, health and safety programmes and policies to ensure compliance.
• Track EHS metrics, including quarterly KPIs and PPE acknowledgement submissions.
• Review campus operations and activities systematically to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Audit and keep accurate records of safety-related statistics and EHS audit documents.
• Work with affected departments to coordinate and maintain employee and trainee injury prevention strategies.
• Provide hazard analysis, programme customisation, training and EHS support for activities within the organisation, creative services and scripted television production.
• Maintain the EHS database of accidents and incidents, track HSE-related contract submissions, organise and track HSE campaigns and manage HSE records and files.
• Support the site in achieving its EHS targets and objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial, safety, health or environmental science.
• Relevant HSE certificates such as OSHA or NEBOSH.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar field.
• Knowledge of local safety regulations, EHS policies, standards and compliance.
• Fluent English (speaking, writing and reading).
• Experience in environmental health and fire systems is beneficial.
