Health & Safety Manager (Saudi National) – The Red Sea

About the role

Jumeirah The Red Sea is seeking a Saudi‑national Health & Safety Manager to lead HSE initiatives across the resort. Reporting to the General Manager and Executive Committee, you will act as the technical authority on health, safety and environmental matters, ensuring compliance with local laws and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to senior leadership on HSE laws, standards and regulations.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve the HSE management system in partnership with the Group HSE function.
• Design and execute an operational HSE strategy aligned with business needs and SBU inputs.
• Ensure all departments comply with health, safety and environment procedures to protect guests, staff and shareholder interests.
• Collaborate with Technical Services to assess and enhance compliance with HSE and Fire Life Safety standards.
• Chair HSE committee meetings, address issues and drive corrective actions.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of proven HSE experience, preferably in international hospitality or facilities management.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational, administrative and project‑time‑management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Office and PowerPoint.
