Helpdesk Technical Support Specialist

About the role

Join the Technology Team at Greenberg Traurig's Riyadh Regional Headquarters as a Helpdesk Technical Support Specialist. You will provide 24x7 phone‑based support to attorneys and professional staff, ensuring rapid resolution of complex technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical problems at the point of contact in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to a demanding client base, translating technical information into clear, non‑technical language.
• Support attorneys and staff during the 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Riyadh shifts and be flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Assist other department activities and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Document interactions and manage tickets using the firm’s IT ticketing system.

Required profile

• 3+ years of technical support experience in a law‑firm environment or 7+ years in a professional‑services organization.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines and adapt to a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows‑based software.
• Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook expertise.
• Microsoft Office Specialist certification (highly desirable).
• CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications (highly desirable).
• Experience with IT ticketing systems.
