Hospital Director

About the role

The Hospital Director provides overall leadership and management of hospital operations, ensuring high‑quality patient care, operational efficiency, strong financial performance, and high patient satisfaction while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the performance of clinical and non‑clinical departments.
• Monitor operational, financial, quality, and patient‑experience KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative leaders to optimise resource utilisation and service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance hospital performance, efficiency, patient satisfaction, and business growth.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and patient‑safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (required).
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare or hospital management, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in hospital operations, financial management, quality improvement, and performance optimisation.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
