About the role
The Host/ess will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at Café Boulud within the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh. This role focuses on delivering a warm welcome, managing seating arrangements, and handling guest inquiries to ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Coordinate reservations and manage the seating plan to optimise flow.
- Respond promptly to guest questions about the restaurant, hotel amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain adherence to Four Seasons policies and service standards.
- Provide accurate information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality or front‑of‑house roles preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, luxury environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a polished appearance.
