Hostess – Front of House

About the role

The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests at the Red Sea Destination restaurant. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of guests throughout the dining area.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive.
• Manage reservations and seat guests efficiently to minimise wait times.
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortably settled.
• Maintain an organized host stand and keep the front‑of‑house area tidy.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about the restaurant, reservations, and menu.
• Collaborate with waitstaff and management to meet guest requests promptly.
• Track guest wait times and communicate updates.
• Assist with special requests, events, and functions as needed.
