Hotel Finance Manager

About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Cluster Finance Manager and lead financial operations across multiple properties. You will drive financial strategy, ensure compliance, and support leadership to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations across the hotel portfolio, aligning with strategic goals to optimize profitability and efficiency.
• Direct the preparation of annual plans, forecasts, and budgets, providing insights for business decisions.
• Act as the primary financial advisor to hotel management, Area/Cluster General Managers, owners, and asset managers.
• Develop strong cross‑functional partnerships with Finance, Commercial, IT, Procurement, HR, Operations, Shared Service Centres, and Regional Finance.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP and hotel policies, maintaining robust financial controls.
• Optimize financial reporting systems for accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
• Monitor and authorize sales, purchases, salaries, and expenses to maintain fiscal responsibility.
• Lead, develop, and retain a high‑performing finance team through performance management and professional development.
