Hotel Manager – Luxury Property in Riyadh

About the role

As a key member of the Hotel Executive Committee, you will work closely with the General Manager to translate strategic priorities into operational goals for the new Raffles Diriyah luxury hotel. You will lead multiple departments to ensure service excellence and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager and Executive Committee to set pre‑opening and operating goals, action plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee readiness and coordination of Front Office, Housekeeping, Wellness, Food & Beverage, and Culinary departments.
• Provide hands‑on leadership to uphold luxury service standards and drive productivity through staffing, KPI monitoring and financial controls.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and development of all operational staff.
• Develop and enforce department policies, SOPs and brand standards in line with Raffles and global rating organisations.
• Analyse guest feedback, quality metrics and audit results to implement continuous improvement plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years progressive hotel operations leadership experience, preferably in Forbes‑rated or comparable luxury properties.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as Hotel Manager or Director of Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑department operations, budgets and financial reporting in a luxury mixed‑use environment.
• Strong analytical judgment, emotional intelligence and a service‑oriented leadership style.
