About the role

The Hotel Manager is a senior leader within FAENA’s new Saudi Arabian resort, reporting directly to the General Manager. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across all hotel functions, ensuring seamless performance, exceptional guest experiences, strong financial results, and effective cross‑department collaboration while embodying FAENA’s culture of luxury, creativity, and personalized hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in defining and executing the hotel’s strategic direction, operational priorities, and business objectives.
• Lead department heads to achieve operational, financial, service, and people targets.
• Ensure consistent application of FAENA brand standards, policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives throughout the property.
• Maintain a highly visible leadership presence, engaging regularly with guests, leaders, and team members.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and drive operational efficiency and service excellence.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee operational readiness during pre‑opening, opening, and ongoing phases.
• Assume full hotel leadership responsibilities in the General Manager’s absence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior hotel management, preferably within luxury or upscale properties.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and engage both guests and staff.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving financial and service performance targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering personalized guest experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
