Hotel Manager – Saudi National Only

About the role

The Hotel Manager will join FAENA’s Strategic Forum and work closely with the General Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for the new FAENA The Red Sea property in Saudi Arabia. This senior role ensures seamless hotel operations, exceptional guest experiences, and strong financial performance while embodying FAENA’s culture of luxury, creativity, and personalized hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in defining and executing the hotel’s strategic direction, operational priorities, and business objectives.
• Provide leadership and oversight across all hotel departments, ensuring alignment with brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead and mentor department heads to achieve operational, financial, service, and people targets.
• Maintain a highly visible presence on‑site, engaging regularly with guests, team members, and leaders.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and drive efficiency, service quality, and business results.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee operational readiness during pre‑opening, opening, and ongoing phases.
• Assume full hotel leadership responsibilities in the General Manager’s absence.

Required profile

• Saudi national, as specified in the title.
• Extensive experience in senior hotel management, preferably within luxury or upscale properties.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive operational excellence.
• Strong financial acumen and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a visible leadership style.
