Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant joins the Guest Environment team at The Ritz‑Carlton, delivering the brand’s Gold Standards of service. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are immaculate, creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring overall room presentation meets luxury standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as lobbies, corridors, and service areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, stock carts, and deliver items as needed.
• Handle linens, towels, and housekeeping supplies, ensuring proper inventory levels.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance while adhering to safety protocols.
