Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are seeking an organized and efficient Housekeeping Attendant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment for our guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and employee areas.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and standards to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping matters.
• Restock amenities, linens, and supplies as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Assist with laundry duties as required.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.

Required profile

• Proficiency in cleaning techniques and procedures.
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning products and equipment.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties throughout a full shift.
• Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Relevant certifications in housekeeping or hospitality (optional).
• Ability to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with local cultural norms and customs (preferred).
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
