Housekeeping Room Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Room Attendant to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms, corridors and public areas. The role supports a luxury hospitality experience by ensuring every guest space is spotless, comfortable and ready for use.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, including chairs, sofas, carpets, and removal of stains such as gum, wax, wine and coffee.
• Replenish guest supplies, make up extra beds and baby cots as required.
• Collect key cards, duty phones and equipment at the start of the shift and return them at shift end.
• Maintain quiet operations on the floor, minimizing noise while moving trolleys and entering rooms.
• Observe “Do Not Disturb” signs and report any special room conditions to the floor supervisor.
• Ensure public areas and corridors are kept immaculate.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and follow loss‑and‑found procedures.
• Clean and store housekeeping equipment, including vacuum cleaners and trolleys, at the end of each shift.
