Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily housekeeping operations.
• Assign work duties and schedules to housekeeping team members.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Train, coach, and support housekeeping staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
• Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services professionally.
• Maintain accurate housekeeping records and reports.

Required profile

• Hospitality‑related certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
