About the role

We are hiring an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor for our leading client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves supervising daily housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and leading a team of staff.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping and laundry operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Allocate duties, prepare staff schedules, and monitor team performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, amenities, and equipment.
• Handle guest/client requests and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain accurate housekeeping records, reports, and inventory documentation.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve service quality and productivity.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar hospitality/facilities role.
• Strong team supervision and people‑management skills.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, and hygiene protocols.
• Hands‑on laundry experience, including linen handling and laundry operations.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation requirements.
• Basic proficiency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
