About the role

Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service while leading the housekeeping team at Swissôtel Al Maqam. The role ensures high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in a prestigious five‑star hotel near the Holy Mosque.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day‑to‑day operation of the housekeeping department to ensure service standards are followed.
• Handle guest concerns promptly, logging and notifying the appropriate departments.
• Participate actively in daily briefings, warm‑ups, and departmental meetings.
• Inform Room Attendants daily about priorities in their sections.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures and report necessary maintenance items.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous leadership experience (an asset).
• University or college degree in a related discipline (an asset).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of responsibility and reliability.
• Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team.

Required skills

• Physical stamina for constant standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to perform occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and ladder use.
