About the role
Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping, the Housekeeping Supervisor ensures that service standards are consistently met across the hotel. This position is responsible for leading the day‑to‑day operations of the housekeeping department and handling guest concerns promptly.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring compliance with service standards.
- Handle guest concerns quickly, logging issues and notifying the appropriate areas.
- Participate actively in daily briefings, warm‑up sessions, and department meetings.
- Inform Room Attendants of daily priorities and follow departmental policies.
- Report maintenance items and adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a hotel housekeeping environment.
- Proficient in English (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational, supervisory and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Micros‑Fidelio (Hotel Property Management System).
- General Hotel Property Management System usage.
