About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR & Admin Associate to manage day‑to‑day office operations while providing on‑ground HR support in a fast‑paced consultancy environment. The role blends administrative oversight with recruitment, onboarding, and compliance activities across multiple internal teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative functions, office services, equipment maintenance, procurement and vendor management.
  • Coordinate internal logistics, meeting support, travel arrangements and regional events.
  • Maintain office safety standards, cleanliness policies and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage banking relations and documentation required for local compliance.
  • Support recruitment processes: schedule interviews, maintain applicant databases and liaise with hiring managers.
  • Handle onboarding and off‑boarding, including documentation, IT setup and exit procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad) and monitor Saudization goals.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of combined office management and HR experience, preferably in consultancy or project‑driven settings.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and Saudization requirements.
  • Excellent multitasking, time‑management and communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
