HR & Admin Associate – Office Management & HR Support

About the role
We are looking for a proactive HR & Admin Associate to manage day‑to‑day office operations while providing on‑ground HR support in a fast‑paced consultancy environment. The role blends administrative oversight with recruitment, onboarding, and compliance activities across multiple internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative functions, office services, equipment maintenance, procurement and vendor management.
- Coordinate internal logistics, meeting support, travel arrangements and regional events.
- Maintain office safety standards, cleanliness policies and regulatory compliance.
- Manage banking relations and documentation required for local compliance.
- Support recruitment processes: schedule interviews, maintain applicant databases and liaise with hiring managers.
- Handle onboarding and off‑boarding, including documentation, IT setup and exit procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad) and monitor Saudization goals.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 4–6 years of combined office management and HR experience, preferably in consultancy or project‑driven settings.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and Saudization requirements.
- Excellent multitasking, time‑management and communication skills in English and Arabic.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
