HR Associate Partner, PXT Ops

About the role

The HR Associate Partner, PXT Ops acts as a strategic business partner delivering comprehensive HR support to assigned business units. You will collaborate with managers to align HR initiatives with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with policies and Saudi employment law.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders to understand objectives and provide tailored HR solutions.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
• Handle employee concerns, conduct investigations, and guide disciplinary actions.
• Support recruitment, succession planning, and career development programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, maintain accurate employee records, and communicate HR policies.
• Implement and monitor HR programs, assist with compensation and benefits administration, and contribute to workforce planning.
• Track HR metrics and produce regular reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in a human resources role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi employment regulations and HR best practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills for managers.
