HR Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a hybrid HR leader who combines strategic business partnering with full ownership of HR operations. Reporting to senior leadership, the HRBP drives organizational effectiveness while ensuring accurate payroll, employee lifecycle management, and strict compliance with Saudi labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate organizational needs into HR solutions, supporting workforce planning, design, and restructuring.
• Guide employee relations, engagement, retention, and change‑management initiatives.
• Drive performance‑management cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition.
• Own end‑to‑end monthly payroll processing, including salaries, variable pay, overtime, allowances, deductions, and final settlements.
• Maintain and operate government HR platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, HRSD) to meet regulatory deadlines and reporting obligations.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: contracts, onboarding/offboarding, probation tracking, records, and issuance of official HR letters.
• Coordinate visa, work‑permit, and Iqama processes, ensuring timely immigration compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist with a blend of strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and government HR platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and influence people‑related decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and analytical skills for payroll and compliance.
