HR Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner will lead the implementation, configuration and ongoing support of the HRMS platform across the Apparel Group. This role combines technical expertise with HR process knowledge to ensure the system meets evolving business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and customize HRMS software to align with business needs.
• Provide day‑to‑day support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve unexpected results.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, document investigations and design solutions.
• Assist in testing, upgrading and patching HRMS modules.
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits and reviews of employee and organizational information.
• Collaborate with payroll, accounting, projects and other HRMS users to ensure seamless processes.
• Develop and deliver knowledge‑sharing sessions and training for end‑users.
• Produce required HRMS reports and documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance.
