HR Business Partner – Saudi National

About the role

The HR Business Partner will support Colliers International’s operations in Saudi Arabia, delivering end‑to‑end HR services that enhance employee experience and align talent strategies with business goals. Working closely with line managers and the designated HRBP, the role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business unit line managers to identify recruitment needs, draft job descriptions and obtain budget approvals.
• Conduct interviews alongside managers, assess candidate qualifications and select suitable hires.
• Lead the onboarding process, deliver HR induction and ensure accurate data entry for new joiners.
• Perform background checks and manage insurance enrollment, additions and deletions for employees and dependents.
• Create and track SAP purchase requisitions for headcount, ensuring compliance with budget and avoiding duplication.
• Prepare and process payroll deductions, additions, and related HR transactions.
• Maintain physical and digital employee files, including contracts, benefits, and attendance records.
• Provide HR consultancy to business unit employees, addressing queries on benefits, insurance and HR policies while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support employee recognition programs, performance and talent management initiatives, and internal transfers or promotions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour regulations and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with managers and staff at all levels.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills and a commitment to confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and deliver HR solutions that meet business needs.
