About the role
The HR Coordinator supports the General Manager (GM) and the broader Nestlé Saudi Manufacturing team by handling a wide range of administrative, coordination, and communication tasks. This full‑time position ensures smooth office operations, effective travel arrangements, and proper documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the GM office: assets, supplies, files, mail, faxes, external calls, and subscriptions.
- Book and reserve venues, hotels, and travel for internal and external visits, trainings, and meetings.
- Attend meetings on the GM’s behalf, take minutes, and prepare official documents in English.
- Handle VIP gifts, greeting cards, and related correspondence for stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and official bodies.
- Consolidate monthly commercial reports, key highlights, and quarterly info‑session slides for submission to headquarters.
- Coordinate CEO and GBM visits, including calendar management and stakeholder reminders.
- Maintain and file signed documents (e.g., BDA, service agreements, ministry letters) and upload them to the sales team room.
- Enforce the Travel & Expense (T&E) policy using Concur, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
Required profile
- University degree.
- 2‑3 years of experience in administrative work or support services.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Concur expense management system.
