HR Generalist (Middle East – Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Human Resources Generalist will provide operational HR support across the Middle East, primarily for Saudi Arabia. Working within Unilode Aviation Solutions' established HR policies, you will ensure consistent delivery of HR processes and compliance with local legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver day‑to‑day HR support to managers and employees in Saudi Arabia.
• Coordinate payroll activities and ensure accurate processing.
• Manage employee‑relations cases and provide guidance on policy application.
• Maintain compliance with Saudi labour law and other regional employment regulations.
• Escalate complex, high‑risk, or strategic HR matters to the HR Business Partner.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in an operational HR generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law and employment practices across the Middle East.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
