HR Generalist – Saudi Arabia & UAE

About the role

ARIS is seeking an HR Generalist to provide end‑to‑end HR support for Saudi Arabia and the UAE while also assisting other EMEA and APAC locations. The role combines hands‑on HR administration with cross‑regional collaboration in a multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to off‑boarding—for the assigned countries.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee‑relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour law and support compliance in the UAE and other regions in coordination with the HR team.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in line with data‑protection and privacy requirements.
• Support performance‑management, employee‑development, and training processes.
• Coordinate HR communications and employee‑engagement initiatives across supported regions.
• Prepare HR metrics and reports such as headcount, turnover, and absences to aid data‑driven decisions.
• Liaise with external service providers, authorities, and internal stakeholders as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or operations, preferably in an international or multi‑country setting.
• Strong working knowledge of Saudi labour law and HR practices (mandatory).
