About the role

Parsons is seeking a motivated HR Intern who is a Saudi national to support its Human Resources team in Riyadh. This short‑term position offers hands‑on exposure to core HR processes while you continue your studies.

Key responsibilities

Enter new employee information and maintain the HR database.
Assist in completing employment forms and documentation.
Support the planning and coordination of company events.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and HR policies.

Required profile

Currently enrolled in a HR, Business Administration or related degree program at an accredited university.
Ability to work independently and manage basic administrative tasks.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent English writing and speaking abilities.
