HR Manager – Global Shared Services (GSS)

About the role

DNV is seeking a local HR Manager for its Global Shared Services (GSS) team, based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role supports DNV’s mission to provide assurance and risk management services worldwide by ensuring full regulatory compliance and enabling efficient business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor compliance with Saudi labour regulations and DNV internal policies.
• Deliver HR shared‑service activities for the GSS organization, including employee relations, onboarding, and off‑boarding.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems at global, regional, and local levels.
• Provide HR advisory and guidance to business units, ensuring smooth administrative processes.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and procurement teams to align HR services with overall GSS objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in human resources, preferably within a shared‑services or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian labour law and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, service‑oriented setting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
