HR Onboarding Officer

About the role

The HR Onboarding Officer will lead the end‑to‑end onboarding journey for new hires, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and welcoming experience. You will coordinate documentation, system setup, orientation sessions, and liaise with multiple internal departments to guarantee successful employee integration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process from offer acceptance through the first day of work.
• Prepare, collect, and verify all required onboarding documents such as contracts, IDs, medical reports, and bank details.
• Enter employee data accurately into HR systems and maintain organized files.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Admin, Accommodation, and Payroll to ensure readiness for new joiners.
• Organise and deliver orientation and induction sessions.
• Monitor onboarding status, follow up on pending items, and produce regular onboarding reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Saudi labor regulations, and internal procedures.
• Support visa, relocation, accommodation, and other logistical needs when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR onboarding, HR operations or a similar HR role.
• Good knowledge of HR policies and labor regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
