HR Representative

About the role

We are looking for an HR Representative to manage end‑to‑end HR operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, transfers, promotions, and off‑boarding processes while maintaining compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

Key responsibilities

• Handle onboarding, employee transfers, promotions, contract amendments and off‑boarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all personnel documentation is complete and compliant.
• Coordinate probation confirmations, contract renewals, resignations, terminations and status changes.
• Execute daily HR transactions and monitor service requests for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Government Relations, Finance, Recruitment, IT and other departments to ensure seamless HR operations.
• Prepare HR letters, employment certificates, contractual documents and other employee correspondence.
• Input monthly payroll data, including new hires, resignations, salary adjustments and employee changes.
• Maintain employee information in HRIS platforms, ensuring data integrity.
• Generate HR reports and dashboards to support operational and management decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration or a similar role.
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using HRIS systems.
