About the role
Halliburton is seeking an HR Specialist II to support and improve core HR processes across the organization. The role works under general supervision and collaborates with business stakeholders to deliver HR programs, tools, and resources that enhance employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Support the efficient delivery of HR processes such as compensation, benefits, global mobility, employee relations, learning & development, talent acquisition, HRIS, and HR operations.
- Create and maintain tools, resources, and reports that enable data‑driven HR decision‑making.
- Analyze HR data and provide recommendations to improve service delivery.
- Advise HR and business leaders on best practices and policy interpretation.
Required profile
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Master’s degree and professional HR certification are preferred.
