HSE Manager

About the role

DataVolt is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead the implementation of its Health, Safety and Environment standards across construction projects. You will act as the primary advisor on all HSE matters, ensuring compliance with local regulations and DataVolt’s high safety expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement DataVolt HSE requirements across projects and advise on local regulatory compliance.
• Support EPC contractors to meet or exceed DataVolt HSE standards.
• Report, investigate, and record all accidents and incidents promptly.
• Review work procedures, assign risk levels, and verify risk controls.
• Plan, control, and manage high‑risk activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports and verify data integrity.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly HSE inspections and periodic audits.
• Lead HSE meetings with stakeholders and maintain accurate records.
• Develop HSE initiatives, campaigns, and assess contractors and suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in data‑center or critical infrastructure construction.
• Strong knowledge of KSA HSE legislative requirements.
• Fluent English communication skills.
