HSM Performance Senior Manager

About the role

The Performance Senior Manager will drive overall business performance of HungerStation Market by providing insights, analysis, and recommendations to senior management. The role works closely with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Logistics, Product, Marketing and BI to monitor performance, identify opportunities and translate insights into actions.

Key responsibilities

• Own performance reporting across financial, commercial, customer and operational metrics and lead weekly/monthly business reviews.
• Lead forecasting, annual and strategic planning, OKR setting and P&L management, identifying revenue and cost drivers.
• Conduct deep‑dive analytics on store, customer, commercial and logistics performance, including acquisition, retention and lifetime value.
• Optimize pricing, fees, minimum order values and promotions, evaluate ROI of campaigns and monitor competitive activity.
• Support medium‑ and long‑term strategy for store expansion, assortment growth and new business opportunities, building analytical frameworks and automation.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in performance management, strategy, management consulting, corporate finance, FP&A, business analytics or e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate complex analysis into clear recommendations.
• Experience in e‑commerce, quick commerce, marketplaces or technology (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or related field.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (or Google Sheets) and PowerPoint (or Google Slides).
• Strong SQL skills; experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Data analysis and modelling capabilities.
