Human Capital Trainee – Tamheer Program

About the role

The Tamheer program at Al Watania Information Systems offers a full‑time Human Capital Trainee position for fresh Saudi graduates. You will work alongside the HR team in a leading SAP consulting and IT solutions environment, gaining practical experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in updating HR policies and related documentation.
• Support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Facilitate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and organize team‑building events.
• Help administer performance management tools and processes.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development sessions.
• Maintain accurate HR records and databases in compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduate meeting Tamheer eligibility criteria.
• Saudi national with strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Eager to learn, detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
