About the role

The Tamheer Human Resources position supports the People Operations team in a retail environment. You will handle attendance monitoring, employee documentation, and assist with onboarding and resignation processes.

Key responsibilities

Monitor weekly attendance and time records for store employees and prepare reports.
Prepare employee letters, certificates, and People & Culture (P&C) correspondence.
Coordinate and schedule employee meetings and investigations.
Update employee information in the P&C system and follow up on system requests.
Assist with resignation, onboarding, and maintain employee files and documentation.

Required profile

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Law, or related field.
Eligible for the Tamheer program and not registered with GOSI in the past three months.
No prior work experience required.
Intermediate level English proficiency in writing, speaking, and reading.
