Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will act as a strategic liaison between the HR & Admin Department and business units, ensuring compliance with Saudi labour regulations while driving employee engagement and performance. You will support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding, and provide expert advice on employee relations, policy implementation, and organizational development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line HR and employee‑relations counsel in line with Saudi Labour Law, handling disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters.
• Maintain and update HR policies, contracts, handbooks, and ensure accurate employee documentation.
• Support recruitment, conduct pre‑employment checks, manage onboarding and probation reviews.
• Assist with performance management cycles, talent reviews, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Saudization (Nitaqat), Wage Protection System, GOSI, PDPL and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate HR audits, internal controls, and lifecycle transactions through HR systems and government portals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR business partnering or employee‑relations within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, Saudization regulations, and related compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills for managers and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple HR processes, from recruitment to off‑boarding, with high confidentiality.
