Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Bayut, the leading property portal in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to the business. You will provide operational HR support, align HR initiatives with business goals, and drive organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new‑hire paperwork, including contracts, banking details, and medical insurance.
• Coordinate onboarding workshops and training programs.
• Oversee the full visa cycle for new hires and handle relocation logistics.
• Maintain and administer the internal HRMS (BambooHR) and ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and stay updated on HR best practices.
• Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing queries and resolving work‑related issues.
• Provide HR support during performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and performance management cycles.
• Conduct exit interviews, prepare final settlements, and represent Bayut in labour disputes when required.
• Prepare monthly HR reports on visa headcount, quotas, and other metrics.
• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organisational objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in the KSA market.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi employment laws and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
