Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will drive automation of routine HR reporting and enhance the speed and quality of HR service delivery through strong stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement practical automation opportunities for routine HR reporting.
• Improve HR service delivery quality and turnaround time.
• Collaborate with senior HR managers, project directors, talent acquisition, payroll, learning & development, compensation & benefits, HR systems, finance, legal, IT and other corporate functions to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Maintain coordination with external partners such as recruitment agencies, training providers, HR technology vendors and government authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field from an accredited university.
• Professional HR certification preferred.
• 4‑6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in construction, engineering, infrastructure or other large project‑based organisations.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including creation of executive presentations, scorecards and dashboards.
• Strong experience in HR reporting, workforce analytics, KPI/KRI monitoring and management reporting.
• Ability to design HR dashboards and visualisations from raw data.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, HR policies and service delivery practices.
