Human Resources Business Partner – Logistics

About the role

JD.com is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join its logistics division in Riyadh. You will work closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives, drive talent development, and foster a high‑performance culture across the Saudi operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with logistics leaders to understand priorities and provide strategic HR support.
• Lead talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs for logistics operations.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and local regulations.
• Support organizational change initiatives aligned with JD.com’s global vision.
• Advise on compensation, benefits, and HR policies while ensuring legal compliance.
• Utilize HR data and analytics to continuously improve programs and processes.
• Promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Background in logistics, supply chain, or related industries preferred.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) with strong negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
• In‑depth knowledge of Saudi labor law and local employment standards.
