Human Resources Coordinator – Hail, Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations at our project site in Hail, Saudi Arabia. You will act as the bridge between the project team and the Head Office, ensuring smooth employee administration and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations at the project site.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, mobilization, and transfers.
• Maintain and update personnel files and HR records.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime and process monthly HR transactions.
• Work with Payroll on allowances, deductions, overtime and work cards.
• Prepare transfer requests and coordinate employee movements between projects.
• Liaise with Head Office for HR documentation and requests.
• Generate periodic HR reports on manpower and attendance.
• Answer employee inquiries on HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform any other HR‑related duties assigned by the HR Department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or personnel affairs.
• Previous experience in construction or infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR practices.
• Strong communication, coordination and organizational abilities.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
